Personal Care

Personal care allows individuals to remain in their own homes and maintain their independence, while receiving the necessary assistance to carry out daily activities that they may not be able to manage on their own.

Nursing

Our nurses provide a wide range of services to help individuals receive medical care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Coordinating with Your Doctor
Blood Sugar Monitoring

Respite Care

Respite Care provides temporary relief to primary caregivers who are responsible for the ongoing care and support of individuals with special needs, disabilities, or chronic illnesses.

Relief for the Caregiver
Reading
Assistance with Walking
Assistance with Eating

Homemaker Chore

Our homemakers provide non-medical care and support services to individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living in their own homes.

Includes:

Preparation of Meals
Providing Attention for Special Diets
Performing Basic Housekeeping
Maintaining a Comfortable, Clean Environment for the Individual
Grocery Shopping and Necessary Errands are Included

Advanced Personal Care

Provided to individuals who require more complex and specialized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Includes – assist with:

Colostomy Care
Tracheostomy Care
G-Tube Care
Catheter Care
Bowel Routine Care

Referrals

We also make appropriate referrals to Home Health Agencies for specialized home care as ordered by a physician, including physical, occupational or speech therapies; social services; and arrangement for medical equipment.
